MetalE started out as a hobby and has grown into a small, well equipped, metal workshop. If it's metal, I can bend it, weld it, machine it and of course, forge it.

My interest in metalwork started out around 15 years ago when I spotted a rusted out old Crown wood stove in a scrap yard. I bought it on the spot and over the next three months I painstakingly restored it. That first restoration turned into an all consuming interest in Crown stoves and the long time defunct Crown Stove Foundry which was based right here in Brisbane. Then I built my first forge.

Fast forward to today. After years of accumulating equipment to fuel my hobby I decided to start selling my creations. MetalE was born.
